My mother was 45 years old and pregnant. Her doctor told her that if she tried to carry to full term, she would not survive. This was before Roe v Wade so she had to get the approval of 3 doctors to have the procedure. It amazes me that others are ready to end the right to abortion. If she had not had this done, four children would have lost their mother.
