Upon learning this Thursday that not only will House Republicans call a vote on yet another anti abortion bill; that the Trump Administration plans to issue guidelines permitting health workers to deny abortion care and discriminate against transgender individuals; that the Administration has announced a new HHS division dedicated to using religion to protect those who discriminate; that the President will speak at the nation’s largest anti-abortion event; and that a potential government shutdown is imminent, with no solution for either CHIP or DACA recipients in sight, Advocates for Youth President Debra Hauser could only respond, “Thursday. Oy vey iz mir.”
