Advocates for Youth, with a very heavy heart, stands strongly in support of our Latino and LGBT communities across the country and around the world.  We send love and support to the city of Orlando and its gay and Latino residents in the wake of this horrific act at Pulse. We urge the media not to fuel additional hatred with Islamophobic rhetoric.

This type of ignorance, hatred and violence affects us all, and especially our youth who simply want to be loved for who they are.
