Joi Dean, CDMP, PCM  is the Digital Content & Brand Marketing Manager at Advocates for Youth. Joi works with the Communications team to manage AfY social media channels, update the Advocate’s website, create content, and guide the overall digital marketing strategy at AfY. 

Prior to joining Advocates for Youth, Joi worked with various marketing organizations including BizBash and James Ross Advertising. Joi was also the Co-Chair of The National Organization for Women’s (NOW) Young Feminist National Committee, overseeing all high school and college NOW chapters. Joi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.
