Then I thought about what it would be like for my two little ones that were already here and what kind of life this child would have. I was still so young and I couldn’t afford another child. I couldn’t stay in the awful relationship with the man that beat me. So I had an abortion. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do in my life and something I would do again if I had to.
That was only the first time. I’ve had 2 and the second time was at 20 weeks and I still can’t talk about to this day. But that’s my story and my right and I’m grateful I had access to safe and legal abortion’s.
