I was exactly halfway through graduate school. I wanted to finish, and continue a career in my field. Even though I had an IUD, I discovered I was pregnant.

If I had continued the pregnancy, I would have been due at the very beginning of my last year. I had worked too hard to get where I was, and have never wanted children. I knew immediately what I wanted and have never yet regretted my decision.
